These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of anonimostories.com and its tools (the "Service"), operated by Anonimo Stories ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What the Service does

The Service provides free, browser-based tools for viewing and saving content that its owners have made publicly available on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Snapchat. This includes a viewer for public Instagram profiles, stories, highlights, posts and reels; a viewer for public Snapchat story highlights and Spotlight videos; and link-based downloaders for public Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Snapchat Spotlight content. No account on the Service or on any of those platforms is required.

2. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to use online services without parental consent, whichever is higher. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your responsibilities and the creators' rights

The photos, videos, audio and other content you can view or download through the Service belong to the people who created them, or to whoever holds the rights. We do not own that content and do not grant you any rights to it. In particular:

• Save content only for personal, non-commercial purposes such as watching it offline, or when you own it or have the owner's permission.
• Do not repost, sell, edit for publication or otherwise reuse other people's content unless the law allows it or the owner has agreed. When you share, credit the original creator.
• Music and sounds in videos may be licensed only for use inside the original platform. Using them elsewhere may require a separate license.
• You are solely responsible for how you use any content obtained through the Service and for complying with copyright law and the terms of the original platform.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• access, or try to access, private accounts, private stories, messages or any content that is not public;
• stalk, harass, threaten, dox or otherwise harm any person, or monitor someone who has asked not to be contacted;
• collect, scrape or resell data from the Service at scale, or use bots and automated scripts against it;
• interfere with, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the Service or its infrastructure;
• break any law or the rights of any third party.

We may block requests, limit access or suspend use of the Service by anyone who breaks these rules.

5. No affiliation with the platforms

Anonimo Stories is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., Snapchat or Snap Inc. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the content our tools work with.

6. Availability of the Service

The Service depends on third-party data providers and on how the platforms deliver public content, both of which can change without notice. Some content may load slowly, appear in lower quality or not be available at all. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

7. Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices of infringement. If you believe content accessible through the Service infringes your rights, please follow the process on our DMCA page.

8. Advertising and external links

The Service may display advertising from third parties such as Google AdSense and may contain links to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of advertisers or external sites. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anonimo Stories and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any content obtained through it.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anonimo Stories and its operators from any claims, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Service, your use of content obtained through it, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Service's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
