DMCA & Copyright Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
Anonimo Stories respects the rights of creators and copyright owners and expects everyone who uses our Service to do the same. We respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement that meet the requirements of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and comparable laws in other countries.
How our Service handles content
Anonimo Stories does not host a library of photos or videos. When a visitor looks up a public profile or pastes a link, our tools fetch that publicly available item from the original platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Snapchat) at that moment and pass it through to the visitor's browser. Nothing is kept on our servers afterwards.
This means the original copy of the content always lives on the platform. If you want the content removed from the internet entirely, you should also report it to the platform where it was posted. What we can do is block our tools from accessing specific accounts, posts or links, so they can no longer be viewed or downloaded through Anonimo Stories.
Filing a copyright notice
If you own the copyright in content that can be accessed through our Service, or are authorized to act for the owner, send a written notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact location of the material: the platform, the username and/or the full link (URL) of each post, reel, video or profile you want blocked.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Send copyright notices to: apexblogging@gmail.com
Please use the subject line "DMCA Notice" so your message is handled first.
What happens next
We review every complete notice, usually within two to three business days. If the notice is valid, we block the identified accounts, posts or links from being accessed through our tools and confirm this to you by email. Incomplete notices may delay the process, so please make sure all six items above are included.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was blocked because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was blocked and where it appeared before it was blocked.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was blocked as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
We may forward the counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore access unless they inform us that they have started legal action.
Repeat infringers
We may block access to the Service, in appropriate circumstances, for users or networks that repeatedly use it to infringe copyright.
False claims
Please be sure the content is actually yours before filing. Under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes a materially false claim of infringement may be liable for damages.
