What to include
A little detail up front saves a lot of back-and-forth:
- A tool isn't working: which tool you used, the username or link you entered, the error message you saw, and your device and browser (for example "iPhone, Safari").
- A download problem: the format you chose (HD, SD or audio only) and whether the preview played before the download failed.
- A privacy question or data request: what you'd like to know or have removed. See our Privacy Policy for what we do and don't store.

Copyright and content removal
If you own content that can be accessed through our tools and want it removed, please follow the steps on our DMCA page and send your notice to apexblogging@gmail.com. Copyright requests are handled ahead of general support.
Please note: we are not Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Snapchat, and we can't help with your account on those platforms, recover passwords, unlock accounts or remove content from them. For those issues, contact the platform's own help center.
